When the right home catches your eye, we'll talk strategy about how to write the most competitive offer. We'll discuss terms like price, earnest money and down payment, closing date, personal property, and more.
Get Your Pre-Approval
If you plan on funding your home purchase, you'll start by meeting with a highly-qualified lender and obtaining a pre-approval letter. This will tell us what price range to shop in and will also help you write a stronger offer.
Home Inspection & Repairs
In most real estate transactions, a home inspection will take place within a set amount of business days after contract acceptance. Depending on the findings, we'll negotiate repairs and oversee their successful completion.
Start House Hunting
Once we've established your full list of home WANTS (like-to-haves) and home NEEDS (must-haves), we'll start the process of searching for your perfect match by putting you on daily custom home search alerts.
Clear Contingencies & Close
Once we've cleared all transactional contingencies, we'll coordinate with your loan officer and escrow / title to sign your closing documents. When your possession date arrives, I'll hand you the keys to your NEW HOME!
